These General Conditions of Sale are established between:

And, on the other hand, any person who places an order (hereinafter the CUSTOMER).

These conditions are applicable exclusively to consumers, without the resale of the purchased products being permitted in any case.

Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CUSTOMER, as well as any other specified in the order itself.


The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the modalities of sale between the CUSTOMER and LUZ FERRAO, from the placing of the order, delivery and payment, as well as after-sales service.


We mainly sell women's shoes and bags and professional sanitary footwear

Sometimes we have shoe lasts that are modified for aesthetics (a platform is added, etc.) and therefore the heels may be higher or lower than what is published on the web. The descriptions are merely indicative and may vary.

We have done our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, but please note that the color of the product also depends on the resolution of your screen.


The CUSTOMER can place his order through the website following the established procedure.

To process your order, the CUSTOMER must provide the personal data that is requested by any of the procedures indicated above.

Once the shopping cart is validated, the CUSTOMER must choose the address and delivery method, and validate the payment method. This last stage formalize the sales contract with LUZ FERRAO.

The processing of the order by the CUSTOMER is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices, description of the products and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other characteristics specified in the order itself.

All product orders are subject to product availability.

In the event that there are difficulties in supplying the selected product, LUZ FERRAO will inform the CUSTOMER within twenty business days.

In this way, your order may be canceled as it is subject to availability.

There is a time gap between the time you place your order and us accepting it. For this reason the existing untis of an article may vary. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


The CUSTOMER can choose the address where the purchased item will be delivered.

Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, deliveries usually take 2 to 5 business days in the Canary Islands, and 4 to 7 business days in the rest of Spain from the date when your order is placed and will be delivered by courier service.

Keep in mind that deliveries may take longer than usual in some periods of the year such as Easter, August rest days, Christmas or holidays, and also during sales periods.

Your order will be shipped by a courier service within a maximum period of 4 business days from the date of purchase, except in some special circumstance about which we would inform you if necessary.

You can ship your order to a different address than the billing address when you place your order. Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to change the delivery address.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.


You can pay using the major credit or debit cards Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard and you will be redirected to the Paypal page to proceed with the payment of your order. Payment is also accepted by bank transfer or Sofort. If you prefer, you can also split the payment by credit or debit card in 2, 3 or 4 installments through the Alma payment platform.

All transactions are made in Euros.


All prices included on this website include taxes and are shown in Euros.

The prices between this website and the store may vary, as there are times when our stores may launch local promotions that will not be available online, or the online store offers special discounts that will not be available in store.


8.1- Exchanges

The items purchased in our website can be exchanged by the CUSTOMER by previously contacting our customer service (see below). It is mandatory to show the purchase receipt (or the online purchase invoice). Exchanges will be attendend 0within a max of 30 days from the date of purchase indicated on the proof of payment.

Once your exchange request has been notified, and after carrying out the appropriate checks, our customer service will tell you how to proceed to return your product and exchange for other one. Shipping costs are borne by LUZ FERRAO. Do not ship products without previously notifying our customer service and that the latter has authorized the shipment, since otherwise LUZ FERRAO will not be able to cover the shipping costs.

Exchange of items that are not in perfect condition or that show clear signs of use or handling that do not correspond to those indicated will not be accepted.

The items to be exchanged must be brand new and in their original box. They must also be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt, and their instructions on the change.

We endeavor to accept all exchanges, but in the unlikely event that we receive a returned item in poor condition or used, we may have to return it to you. In this case, the CUSTOMER must bear the shipping costs of the product (both routes)


Returns are not accepted except defective products or products under warranty.

8.2.1-Defective Products and Warranty

The warranty issued by LUZ FERRAO guarantees the quality of its products during the legally established period. Our warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by manipulation or not proper use by the CUSTOMER.

Any item purchased in our virtual store that has manufacturing defects prior to purchase will be returned to the CUSTOMER at no cost to the CUSTOMER.

This commercial warranty has an additional character and as such, does not alter the rights recognized to consumers and users by the regulations in force in each country according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 on the consolidated text of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, modified by Law 3/2014 of March 27.

We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Cause of Force Majeure").

Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and, among others, the following:

a) Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.

b) Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war, pandemics.

c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

d) Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

e) Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.

It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the Cause of Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Cause of Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that allows us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.


These Conditions of Sale constitute the total agreement between the referring parties. In the event that one of the clauses of these conditions is null and void, this will not affect the rest of the conditions.


Current conditions shall be ruled by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any doubt, discrepancy or divergence that may arise in the fulfillment and interpretation of this Contract, in any case the jurisdictional scope will be the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile. In the event that the user does not act as a consumer or user, the parties agree that the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as jurisdiction.


Without prejudice to the previous point, LUZ FERRAO, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, makes available to users the dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission which is available at the following link:
